New solutions

QUOR has learn that markets, technologies and, especially, society and consumers are in constant change and transformation.
QUOR was the first company to launch Online Reputation Studies on the market; having formalised these studies, QUOR presented its first Online Reputation studies and in 2009 it developed its own online tracking and monitoring technology: Webrunner.

This tool allows us to perform studies of Netnography, online Insights on products, services, competitors, etc. Innovation is the sign of the times and that is why we use it to find new solutions and new approaches.

In this section, we will regularly present new types of studies, new methodological approaches, new lines of activity that will always give new answers and new solutions to the problems that are clients have to face.

We will shortly be presenting:

  • PST (Price Sensitivity Tracking): Study that involves monitoring the image of the hallmark distribution prices, every semester. PST is designed for the sector, so that the price of the study is affordable, provided that three or more hallmarks contract it jointly.
  • QTrends Lab (Quor Trends Lab): From 2009, QUOR has been working on analysing Social Trends and their potential impact on our clients’ business markets. Consultancies based on trend analyses is becoming consolidated as a «new industry » in countries like the US, Holland, UK, Germany; Quor will soon begin reporting on its trends analyses and some of the reports it has published on its new Blog posts, as a preview of the new Quor Future Trends Lab reports subscription service.
